CODE- Development of a Digital Literacy and Awareness Toolkit for CSOs and Youths 

At the heart of Restless Development’s work is the belief in Youth Power—the collective ability of young people to drive meaningful change and address the world’s most pressing challenges. As a global nonprofit agency, we train, mentor, and connect young people across countries to take action and lead solutions. Our Global Strategy provides a roadmap to 2030, guiding our work across hubs in India, Nepal, Sierra Leone, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. In Nepal, since 1991, we have amplified the voices of young people from diverse caste, ethnic, and religious backgrounds, supporting them to access comprehensive sexuality education, claim their rights, and challenge harmful practices such as gender-based violence, child marriage, and chhaupadi.

Creating Opportunity for Youth in the Digital Economy (CODE) is a European Union–funded project implemented by Swisscontact in consortium with the Restless Development and the Robotics Association of Nepal. The project supports young women and men in Nepal to develop digital skills and access opportunities in the digital economy, while strengthening local systems to deliver inclusive and sustainable solutions.

This request for proposal (RFP) is to invite potential service providers to develop  a Digital Literacy and Awareness Toolkit for CSOs and Youths for  Madhesh and Gandaki Provinces of Nepal.

Interested firms are invited to submit their technical and financial proposals, along with a cover letter and required eligibility documents, to recruitmentnepal@restlessdevelopment.org by 5:00 PM (NST) on 15 July 2026.
