Call - Centre Operators



"Team One Suppliers" Pvt. Ltd. - is a young and fast-growing E-Commerce company.

We are looking for ambitious, smart and self-motivated Nepali women on a position of day-shift Call-Centre operators located in Kathmandu, Nayabazar.

Our mission is to provide our clients with solutions for a wide range of problems connected with unhealthy lifestyle and various other problems. Our main products are health supplements and cosmetics designed to help our clients with issues connected to weight, skin and many others.

We are willing to provide you with good working environment in a spacious and new office building, with huge potential for personal and working growth in a rapidly-growing and ever-expanding company

Candidates who are willing to apply for a job must meet the following requirements:

ESSENTIALS:

• PERFECT SPOKEN NEPALI, CLEAN SPEECH
• Good knowledge of computer / internet and office software (Microsoft office package)
• Perfect communication skills
• Above average understanding of English speech
• Ability to communicate in English on at least basic level 
• Aim for constant growth in productivity and personal results

GENDER, AGE, TRAITS AND PERSONALITY:

• Female, 20-28 years old
• Kind, polite and respectful character
• Problem-solving mindset
• Client-oriented approach
• Nice and clean appearance
• Ability to work under supervision

EDUCATION, SKILLS:

• Minimum completed 10 + 2, higher education will be an advantage
• Diligence in work
• Ability and motivation to learn fast

Working time:

• 5 days a week, with  floating holidays
• 10 am-18 pm
