We are now inviting enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Cabin Crew. Freshers with a passion for aviation and customer service are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of passengers during flights.

• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate safety procedures.

• Provide inflight service, including serving meals and refreshments.

• Attend to passenger inquiries and special needs courteously and efficiently.

• Remain calm and professional in emergency or challenging situations.

• Represent Sita Air with pride, professionalism, and excellent grooming standards.

Eligibility Requirements

• Minimum education: Bachelor's Level.

• Age: 18–25 years.

• Height: 158-162 cm with weight proportionate to height.

• Fluent in English and Nepali (knowledge of other regional languages is an advantage).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Pleasant personality, confident, and team-oriented.

• Physically fit with good eyesight and no visible tattoos or piercings.

• Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays and out of valley.
