QUALIFICATION:
An MBA/graduate or MBA/BCA graduate with work experience in IT sector
Experience:
Must Have
1. CV Collection
2. Skill Assessment (written) for selected Candidates
3. Interview to selected from Skill Assessment
4. Assessment and Interview score review and calculation
5. Leveling and positioning candidate in the Organization

QUALIFICATION:
An MBA/graduate or MBA/BCA graduate with work experience in IT sector
Experience:
Must Have
- Proven track record in IT project management through the whole project lifecycle.
- Proven track record of successful implementations with service industries.
- At least three years of experience in this field
- Understanding of software management principles and programming concepts.
- Ability to work independently , manage projects and coordinate efficiently with all related parties
- Ability to motivate and lead a team
- Ability to direct, guide and monitor the team members to achieve a common goal
- Having Work experience in international software project management
- Good IT knowledge in programming and database with basic knowledge of server side
- Excellent communication skill with good command over English language
- Smart, fast, Analytical and Independent
- Interpersonal Skills / Good Motivator / Strong Leadership skill
- Able to work in pressure situation
