Job Title:  Officer -  Corporate Business

Job Summary

We are fully dedicated solution-based company that regards customer experience and expectations as our upmost priority and significance. Currently, we are focusing on providing Mobile Queue Management System for Banking and Financial Institutions (BFIs) as well as Healthcare (Hospitals )service sectors in Nepal.

As a member of our business team/infrastructure, you will be responsible for assisting in developing and implementing corporate and employee events, creating and distributing corporate communications, and performing administrative functions as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Produce internal and external communications to fulfill necessary corporate relations activities.
• Assist in the development of public relations efforts to maximize the visibility of our solutions and corporate goodwill.
• Understand and adhere to established procedures for creating and circulating communications.
• Researching organizations/clients to identify new leads and potential new market.
• Visiting potential clients for meeting to establish long term business.
• Handling / Preparing Tender Documents

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration,  Bachelors in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience as a relations officer or relevant field.
• Strong written and communications skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Pleasant and smart personality
• Adequate Knowledge of Information and Communication Technology
