Business Development Associate

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Business Development Associate with some prior experience in sales or client handling. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and supporting business growth for our IT/software company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and networking.

• Present and promote company products/services effectively to prospects.

• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Follow up on leads and support in closing business deals.

• Work with the internal team to deliver client requirements smoothly.

• Achieve set sales and business development targets.

  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

• 1–6 months of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (IT/software industry preferred).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of IT/software products and services is an advantage.

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to grow in a career in business development.
