Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and seating area.
• Restock ingredients, supplies, and display items as needed.
• Ensure food and beverages are presented consistently and professionally.
• Monitor inventory and inform management when supplies are running low.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso machines is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge is preferred.
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate items.
