Educational Description :
• Must have completed LL.B. or LL.M. degree
Job Specification:
• Must be licensed as an advocate from Nepal Bar Council
• Good knowledge of laws in the area of company, banking, finance, intellectual property and other area of commercial laws
• Excellent command in speaking and writing in English language
• Excellent command in legal research and writing
• Must able to work with minimum supervision
Job Description :
• Drafting of legal memos, opinions, reports
• Analysis of statutes, regulations in the area of business and commercial laws
• Represent clients before various governmental agencies
• Communicate and correspond with clients
