Details / requirements:
Pradhan & Associates exclusively practices in the area of business and commercial laws. We do mainly regulatory, transactional and advisory works. A small percentage of our practice involves litigation.
We are looking for an individual with high energy and commitment, who are adaptable and bright. In return, we offer excellent training and international commercial work of the highest quality. The successful candidate will work under the direction and supervision of senior attorney.
Responsibilities:
• drafting of legal memos, opinions, reports
• analysis of statutes, regulations in the area of business and commercial laws
• represent clients before various governmental agencies
• communicate and correspond with clients
Requirements:
• must have completed LL.B. or LL.M. degree
• must be licensed as an advocate from Nepal Bar Council
• must have at least 2-3 years experience in business and commercial laws
• in-depth knowledge of laws in the area of company, banking, finance, intellectual property and other area of commercial laws
• excellent command in speaking and writing in English language
• excellent command in legal research and writing
• must able to work with minimum supervision
