Ridge Arch & Engineers is a private organization, established in 2016. Since its establishment Ridge is providing expertise solution on full architectural design service that includes from concept design to construction. Company is providing service ranging from private houses, villa educational institute, commercial complex, banks restaurants, building, residential building, and offices. Currently we are working in more than 15 projects covering 6 districts of Nepal and are looking for Architect.

Position: Architect Engineer-1

Location: Kathmandu Based (with frequent filed visit to out of valley if required) 

Role & Responsibility: 

• Excellent in using software like Autocad, Sketch-Up, Lumion, V-ray and more
• Attend meeting with clients and office team for preparation of conceptual plan, finalize planning and lead the project towards handover
• Establish project goals
• Coordinate with structure engineer team and civil engineering team for complete handover of design project
• Preparation of detailed drawing for construction team of sister company 
• Work as a mentor for architecture intern 
• Must have strong analytical, critical and problem solving skills.
• Site visit and coordination with site engineer for complete execution of design at site
• Other task as assigned by team leader

Essential Qualification and Experience Required 

• At least Bachelor Degree in Architecture 
• Must have good communication and staff management skill 
• An excellent computer skill on Microsoft office package, Autocad, sketch-up, Lumion, V-ray
