Architect
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, drawings and 3D models aligned with modular construction technology.
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, and the engineering team to finalize design requirements.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, environmental regulations, and construction standards in Nepal.
- Prepare detailed construction drawings and oversee design implementation on-site when required.
- Innovate design solutions suitable for eco panel and prefabricated systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in architectural design (modular or prefabricated design experience is a plus).
- Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar tools.
- Creative, detail‑oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and project coordination skills.

Civil Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and supervise construction projects using eco panel and modular technologies.
- Prepare BOQs, structural drawings, and project estimates.
- Conduct site evaluations, feasibility assessments, and quality control checks.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and the manufacturing team to ensure timely project execution.
- Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in construction engineering (knowledge about general construction preferred).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, structural analysis software (ETABS/SAP2000), MS Office.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, structural design, and site supervision.
- Excellent problem‑solving and reporting skills.
