ANNUAL VENDOR ROSTER

Islamic Relief Worldwide, IRW is an international humanitarian organization that provides development programs and humanitarian relief around the globe, regardless of race, political affiliation, gender or beliefs. (http://www.islamic-relief.org/). In Nepal, IRW is affiliated with Social Welfare Council as International Non-Governmental Organisation since 2017.

Islamic Relief Worldwide, Nepal invites qualified company/vendors to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) for enlistment in the vendor list for 2024 under following categories:

Categories 

1. International & Domestic ticketing service
2. Vehicle Rental Services-districts wise inside Kathmandu Valley and outside Kathmandu valley and in the districts of Mohattari, Siraha, Saptari, Parsa, Bara, Janakpur, Sarlahi, Rautahat, Kapilvastu, Surkhet, Nepalgunj, and Rupandehi.
3. ICT Supplies (Computer, Laptop, Printer, Mobile phones, Photocopy Machine, Cartridge, and other IT accessories)
4. ICT services such as networking and technical support on computer, laptop, printer and others
5. Office furniture and Furnishing
6. Office Stationeries
7. Office Supplies & Cleaning -Tea, sugar, harpic, lizol, tissue paper etc.
8. Design, Printing and publication (Visiting card, notebook, annual report etc.
9. Promotional Materials bags, caps, jackets, office diary etc.
10. Repair and Maintenance services- Electricity, battery, UPS and plumbing, 
11. Vehicle/motorcycle repairs, maintenance, servicing with spare parts, Tyres/ tubes
12. Hotel services (meeting/workshop/seminar hall including food and accommodation)
13. Advertisement agencies (online and print media)
14. Courier Services-National and International
15. Printing and publication (ID card, Banners, Visiting Card, Notebook, Pen, Annual report, T-shirts, Cap, Bags etc.)
16. Insurance services (medical, accidental, Non life, assets, vehicle,)

Interested firm/suppliers/ company/ should submit:

• Application letter (Mentioning the goods/services that you are interested for)
• A copy of registration certificate,
• VAT/PAN registered Certificate
• Latest Tax Clearance Certificate

Interested vendors are encouraged to submit their EOI in soft copies at our office address before 14 February 2024.

Submission Procedures

Submit scanned copy of documents online (email to: info.nepal@islamic-relief.org.np) with Subject- IRW Nepal, EOI FY 2024 vendor listing and mention the category you are interested in from the above list.

A response to this EOI does not automatically ensure that you will be selected for quotation/bid. Islamic Relief Worldwide, Nepal reserves the rights to reject any or all proposals without assigning any reasons whatever.
