Job Description

This is an entry-level position where the individual performs routine tasks under close supervision. The trainee is expected to follow instructions, receive ongoing guidance, and gradually build proficiency in software development concepts and technologies.

Responsibilities

Learning & Development:

• Follow a structured curriculum tailored to the trainee program.
• Gain practical knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) concepts.
• Learn and apply foundational skills in selected technologies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest software development trends and practices.

Technical Tasks:

• Participate in hands-on coding exercises and mini-projects.
• Understand and begin working with software design principles and cloud technologies.
• Collaborate with mentors and team members on assigned tasks and practice exercises.

Professional Skills:

• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
• Communicate effectively with peers and mentors.
• Display a proactive attitude toward learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Show good organizational and time management skills in meeting learning milestones.

Qualifications

Prerequisites:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with a strong academic background are preferred.
• Candidates with up to 1 year of work experience are welcome to apply.

Technology Tracks:

• Trainees will have the opportunity to specialize in one or more of the following technology stacks
• Python / Frontend Technologies
• Database – MSSQL, MySQL, Postgresql
