Overview
The Airport Services Coordinator provides hands-on operational support for flydubai airport services.ensuring smooth passenger handling and effective coordination with ground handling agents. This is a
front-line execution role, supporting supervisors and managers during routine and irregular operations.
Key Responsibilities
Airport Operations Support
• Coordinate passenger handling activities, including check-in, boarding, arrivals, and baggage
services.
• Liaise with ground handling staff to ensure smooth execution of airline procedures.
• Assist in monitoring flight handling timelines and reporting any deviations.
• Support aircraft turnaround activities under supervisor guidance.
Passenger Service & Assistance
• Assist passengers with inquiries, special needs, and service issues at the airport.
• Support handling of PRMs, unaccompanied minors, VIPs, and disrupted passengers.
• Provide basic service recovery support during delays or cancellations as directed.
Reporting & Compliance
• Assist in preparing basic operational reports and shift summaries.
• Ensure adherence to airline SOPs, safety, and security requirements.
• Report incidents, irregularities, or service gaps to the airport services supervisor.
• Support audits and inspections as required.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in aviation, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in airline operations, airport services, or ground handling.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based airport environment.
• Willingness to learn airline procedures and comply with regulatory requirements.
