Ltd. is an Agro related Trading Business which deals with Agriculture related Technologies Such as Green House, Micro Irrigation System, Agriculture Tools, Bio Products, IPM Products etc. It has a group of agriculture professionals, including sound agronomist, engineering experts, business professional, with an view of providing quality services on modern agriculture equipments and services to the professional & farmers level. This Company deals with different International/ National companies to introduce international standard technologies/ services and products marketed in Nepal.
Position: Agriculture Officer
Contract Type: Full Time
Report to: Director
Contract Period: Two Years with extension
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deal with Companies regarding different agriculture technologies Such as Hi- Tech Green House, Micro Irrigation System, Solar Water Lifting System, NFT System and different agro tools and technologies for importing through this Company and advice as per the requirement.
- Quality monitoring of different Agro Tech products imported from International manufacturing Company.
- Deal with Government Sectors, INGOs, NGOs, Private sectors about the innovative agriculture technologies though which Company is providing.
- Prepare the Tender Documents for applying Tender for the Company.
- Defend the technical matters of different agro tech solutions through which Company is providing.
- Coordinate with different agencies for the business promotion.
- Providing Support to Clients related to the agriculture technologies.
- Perform duties as assigned by Directors
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Agriculture/Agri Engineering/ and Others with relevant subject matter
- Updated knowledge of key issues in agro related Technologies
- Experience in usage of computers and office software packages
- Consistently approaches work with energy and a positive, constructive attitude
- Proven networking, team building, organizational and communication skills
- Demonstrates good listening skills. Presents view in convincing way and aware of different perspectives, feelings and concerns
- A clear understanding of contemporary development issues particularly on Agriculture and marketing
- Two Wheelers Driving License Compulsory
