Details / requirements:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accountant/Office Administrator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks as well as overseeing general office operations.

Location: Balkhu, Kathmandu Working Hours: 9 hours per day Qualification: Minimum +2 (intermediate level) Requirement: Must have a valid motorcycle driving license

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and handle daily accounting entries

  • Prepare invoices, manage accounts payable/receivable, and reconcile bank statements

  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors

  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and scheduling

  • Support management in daily operations and reporting

Skills & Competencies:

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Good communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask and work independently
