Job Summary:

• We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Mid-Level Accountant to join our finance team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports,
• managing accounts payable/receivable, and ensuring compliance with tax and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day financial records including journals, ledgers, and bank reconciliation
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and follow-ups
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements, cash flow, and petty cash
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and audits
• Ensure compliance with Nepali tax regulations (VAT, TDS, Income Tax)
• Prepare and file VAT and Tax Returns accurately and on time
• Liaise with auditors, vendors, and internal departments for financial clarity
• Support payroll management in coordination with the HR team
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction sector.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Busy, or other equivalent softwares).
• Strong knowledge of Nepal’s taxation system and compliance guidelines.
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
