We are seeking a candidate for the position of accounts and revenue officer to join our team. 

Job description and responsibilities

• Updating daily ledger
• Maintaining monthly invoices
• Handling accounts payable and receivable.
• Updating and maintaining monthly VAT record
• Overseeing petty cash issuance and dispersion
• Updating payroll sheet regularly
• Daily follow up on revenue 
• Prepare vouchers and checks for funds release and purchase logistics as directed.
• Ensure that all monthly transactions are accurately recorded.
• Maintaining and updating utilities bill.
• Preparing and updating monthly accounts records and presenting to senior manager.

Position requirements and qualifications

• BBA, BBS, BIM graduates or any relevant subject
• Individuals who are currently pursuing a relevant Bachelors program with 2 years of working experience may also apply
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Good communication skills in both English and Nepali with Nepali typing skills and accounting software tally is preferable
• Candidates having basic administration skills and HR knowledge is an advantage
• Having a two-wheeler license and living around Baneshwar area is an advantage
