Client relation Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with job portal team to assist in recruitment efforts
  • Develop all portal layout and maintain functionality of all site.
  • Supervise content for all pages and provide assistance to all personnel and external organizations.
  • Email and tele marketing of the system to the on-board candidates and new possible candidates to register in our system
  • Formulate plans and strategy on how to increase the number of candidates or jobseeker in our job board
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Attending meetings with clients
  • Achieving client relationship targets
  • Study competition to find new ways to retain Clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address clients’ needs
  • Coordination with advertising vendors
  • Assist in report preparation
  • Other basic admin duties – filing, record keeping, correspondence etc.

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors' Degree in Management, Administration, Human Resource or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in relate field.

Social Media officer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitoring social media feeds and responding accordingly.
  • Support our Strategic & Marketing Communications social media presence (e.g. Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn)
  • Manage the organization’s corporate accounts on social/ business network sites
  • Create contents to put up in social media.
  • Write blogs

OTHERS

  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Required Qualification and skills:
  • Bachelor Completed or ongoing
  • Candidates having knowledge of Photoshop will have an advantage
  • Multitasking
  • At least one years of experience in the related field.
  • Very good English communication skill
  • Proficiency in MS Package (Word, Powerpoint and excel)
  • Only female candidate required.

HR Executive

KEY ROLES:

  • Develop talent acquisition / recruitment strategies and hiring plans
  • Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts
  • Assist with both external and internal hiring efforts
  • Understanding clients’ requirement and making recruitment plans / processes as per clients’ need
  • Coordination with clients
  • Coordination with candidates
  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, CV screening, screening calls etc.)
  • Coordination with advertising vendors
  • Assist in report preparation
  • Other basic admin duties – filing, record keeping, correspondence etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors' Degree in Management , Human Resource or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Excellent computer skills in MS – Package (word, excel and PowerPoint)
  • Well-organized .
