Vaccine Facilitator
Nepal Family Development Foundation (NFDF) is a non-governmental, apolitical and non-profit making organization, established in 2011 with aim of working in the field of health, education and livelihood of the community and families. The organization works through research, advocacy, publication, social mobilization in coordination with concern agencies in comprehensive approach. NFDF in collaboration with the Oxford University Clinical Research Unit – Viyatnam and Nepal are implementing Typhoid Vaccine study program in the selected wards of Lalitpur Metro City.
Details / requirements:
Scope and Responsibilities
- Provide the proper information about vaccine
- Ensure all the information is collected correctly
- Administration of the vaccine, phlebotomy in children
- Vaccinate the selected study participant as per the study guideline
- Provide the proper information of vaccination
- Follow the instruction of Field coordinator
- Ensure all the information is collected correctly
- Coordinate and support filed work as per needed
- Other additional duties as the research project evolve
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- HA, CMA, PCL Nursing, Bsc Nursing and / or relevant discipline
- Previous experience/s of vaccination and vaccination facilitation
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and team-work skills
- Excellent communication skills, including a good command of spoken and written English, Nepali. Preferably good command in Newari.
