Kalash Services Pvt. Ltd is an upcoming International standard “Call Center” serving local customers in Nepal. We are looking few job positions as listed below.
Trainer - Customer Service
- Applicant will require to provide training on customer service to call center CSRs.
- Applicant is required to have prior training experience in customer service, voice and accent training and communication skills training.
- Applicant will also need to build various product skills to conduct product trainings depending upon customer account.
- Good teaching skill is required with at least 1 year teaching or training experience.
- Applicant will also need to conduct re-training to improve performance and skills of CSRs.
- Working experience on computer and knowledge of Internet technology will be preferred.
- Mode of communication will be mostly in Nepali but will need English language communication skill as well.
- Working shift will be mostly day shift but will require to be flexible with morning and evening shift as well.
