MahilaAtmaNirbhartaKendra(MANK) is a Sindhupalchok based NGO, registered in since 1990, is a pioneer conducting economic development, Social mobilization, local governance, poverty reduction, health and sanitation, hygiene promotion and D.R.R. programs in the district. MANK, in partnership with OXFAM, is implementing the Nepal Earthquake Recovery, 2017 program. The project aims to provide assistance to the population of the most vulnerable and poor people of the earthquake affected population in its working RMC/MC.
Under this program (HOUSING), MANK is constructing permanent housed for the earthquake affected people at Melamchi municipality and Indrawati rural municipality.Efficient and effective suppliers are critical to our achieving much of what we do as an organization. We are looking to have supply agreements with potential supplier's/trading company/manufacture in Nepal. If you would like to be part of the work that Oxfam does by supplying goods and service, we welcome you to take part in this invitation.

items mentioned in Bill of Quantity (BoQ).
No of CSEB Blocks: approx. (1 lakhs pcs)
Specification of items required: (300*150*100)mm, 2 round holes+square , hole in middle minimum compressive strength of blocks 5Mpa, earth block should consist of soil, sand and 10% cement and cure for 21 days.
Shift to: Onsite delivery in integrated settlement site with load and unload.

Tender document will be issued from 24th. June 2018 to 24th July 2018
The deadline for submission of the tender document is 26thJuly 2018 by 4:00PM.
Tender document collection and submission must be from 10:00 am to 04:00 pm from Sunday to Friday except the government holidays.
Tender document will be issued upon request along with copy of business registration. VAT registration and Tax clearance certificate of FY 2073/74 at a price of NRs. 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) only as non-refundable. (per bid) or amount should be deposited in this NEPAL BANK, Melamchi branch Current A/C no. 16800106201415000001 before to received Tender documents via mail.
Any bid received after the closing deadline, shall be returned directly to the bidder. If the last date of submission and opening fails on holiday, the next working day would be the last date.
Bid will be opened immediately after the deadline date in the presence of bidders’ representatives who wish to attend at 13:00 hours of last submission date at the office of MANK, Melamchi-11, sindhupalchok.
MANK reserves rights to award either fully or partially of the items to different bidders as per requirement.
The MANK office will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the bidders in connection with the preparation or delivery of Bids.
