Details / requirements:

One of our Clients, a leading automobiles company in Nepal is looking for professional candidates for the following job designation.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Attend customer complain
  • Provide estimate time & cost for the repair/ maintenance to customer before starting repair work and gain their approval
  • Inform the customer if the repair work is revised and obtain approval from customer to proceed on revised job.
  • Monitor work in progress and get feedback from engineers
  • Check the quality of work done and inform customer
  • Guide customer to billing for final settlement
  • Ensure customer satisfaction; handle difficult customer complaints
  • Establish and maintain good working relationship with customers
  • Keep one point contact with customers to- answer queries, record issues etc
  • Educate customers & drivers about the technical aspects of vehicle.

Required competencies:

  • Bachelors in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering with 1 year of experience / Diploma in Automobile with 4 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of customer preferences & national & international trends in Automobile industry
  • Knowledge of workshop norms, procedure and management
  • Good leadership & communication skill
  • Creative thinking & rational decision making
