Requirements:
- We are looking for someone passionate about technology and who is willing to go the extra mile to achieve project goals under feasible deadlines.
- Must be a strong team player.
- Sound knowledge of programming methodologies and strong concept of OOP.
- Understanding of MVC.
- Must be comfortable with Linux or UNIX like environments.
- Must be experienced programming with Ruby and other related technologies.
- Proven experience in developing using ruby on rails framework.
- Familiar with ruby gems and has an arsenal of gems to deploy where necessary.
- Good understanding of modelling and optimization.
- Good written and spoken English.
Responsibilities:
- Candidate should quickly understand high-level project goals and develop the IT to achieve these.
- Execute and monitor project development to accomplish them.
- Participate in project discussion/analysis.
- Use project management and reporting tools.
- Should be capable to develop anything Ruby.
- Should learn new technologies whenever required.
- Coordinate with the team members and report to the assigned managers
