EyeWeb Sys is a privately owned offshore software outsourcing company located in Bhaktapur, Nepal. We are a young company and a young team, with high ambitions for the future. Started in 2012, in 2013 we partnered up with a Dutch company uSome to develop flexible en payable solutions worldwide. Together with this partner we do not only develop custom made websites and apps, but also concept & develop standard products. As we think that true greatness can only come from dedication, our main focus lies on Umbraco, nopCommerce & .Net development. At this point we are a small (20 team members in Nepal, 6 in Netherlands) company but growing rapidly. Not only by ‘conquering the world’ but also by trying to service the local Nepal & Asian market. Besides the business side of it, we are also trying to take our responsibility in sharing to the Nepali community in time, money and goods. We are participating in several funds, and currently working on setting up our own. We provide our employees with (paid) time to participate in projects of choice.

EyeWebSys is seeking to hire a Web Project Manager for a full-time position to work with local and international team on client projects. The position would focus on managing website and web app design and development projects for clients. Experience in leading website or app projects required.
Our firm is comprised of an established team of 15+ web development professionals in Bhaktapur, all who are vested with creating great online websites, webshops and mobile applications . Since many years we have provided high-value digital solutions that drive business growth for our clients here in Nepal and internationally.
Profile & ambition
We are looking for someone who has the experience and ambition to be the architect of a team of about 5 and can share his knowledge with the team. We will require a lot of input, and you will be able to help grow the company, and develop your own position. You are able to 'think up' application structure and architecture, and not just 'do as your told'.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in leading and planning website or online app projects.
- Understanding of web development and web design issues
- Strong writing skills in English
- Great communication skills in English
- Organized and able to project manage systematically in hours and budget
- Strong self-initiative
- Experience with managing website projects
