PHP Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage PHP Team for Designing codes, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable PHP code
• Establishing ways for team members to complete their tasks.
• Manage PHP Team for Identifying and troubleshooting and debugging codes’ bugs
• Able to handle the tasks or modules assigned by Company Management
• Plan, implement, monitor and lead the team to meet companies goals.
• Encourage, motivate and coordinate all team members for synergistic result. Ensure good culture with the team.
• Manage Software Creation
• Creating communication channels between the team and other departments.

Requirement

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• At least more than 5-year experience in PHP development  area and managing a team (Codeigniter).
• At least more than 2-year experience as a PHP Team Leader.
• Must have strong knowledge of Object Oriented Programming concept and design
• Experience with both external and embedded databases
• Experience with HTML, Javascript, jQuery, Bootstrap and client side tools & frameworks
• Must be able to do the self training and solve problem quickly individually and with a team.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Able to analyze the available data and make decisions that affect the project on a regular basis.
