.NET Team Lead

Synergy Info (established in 2004) is a US-based outsourcing software development company with a software development center in Kathmandu. We are currently seeking dependable, self-motivated professionals to analyze, develop, and test custom Web-based and Windows applications with experience in .NET/SQL Server (ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, JavaScript, JQuery). The candidates must have minimum of 5 years of experience in .NET and SQL Server. 

Technical team lead will be responsible for designing/developing/maintaining large and small scaled .NET applications and lead our development team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, strong analytical and strong programming skills. The candidate must have the ability to handle multiple projects and rapidly changing priorities. The candidate must be proficiency in n-tier architecture, class structures and stored procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent. 
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing Web based Application with C#, ASP.NET, JQuery, JavaScript and SQL server related development tools. 
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• In-depth experience in C#/.NET/ASP.NET.
• Must have strong MS SQL Server 2005/2008 T-SQL programming. 
• Must be able to lead/monitor junior to mid-level developers with direction, feedback, and reviewing work.
