Helen Keller International (HKI), an international NGO working in nutrition and food security, in partnership with USAID funded programs, invites qualified  Nepali national to apply for the below mentioned position :

Position: Monitoring & Evaluation Manager

Description:

  • The Monitoring and Evaluation Manager will serve as the main focal person for all monitoring and evaluation related activities for Helen Keller International Nepal.
  • Design and implement community based monitoring system to assess and report on program implementation for all HKI Nepal programs.
  • Develop and implement a common set of metrics covering all HKI Nepal programs to be reported on monthly/ quarterly/ annually to HKIN senior management team.
  • Responsible for HKIN M&E frameworks, develop protocols for baseline, midline and end line surveys.
  • Responsible for cross project learning and ensuring those lessons learned and good practice are applied systematically.
  • Provide data analysis and report writing for projects as when required.
  • Responsible for the documentation of M&E and Research activities conducted HKIN and timely sharing with APRO and HKI HQ.

Requirement for the role:

  • Master’s degree in Demography/ Population studies and statistics or related field (knowledge and experience in Public Health and Nutrition related M&E preferred).
  • At least 7 years’ experience in M&E, MIS, Data analytical and interpretation skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement M&E systems.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze data from a range of sources and strong understanding of data quality and its required procedures.
  • Understanding operations focused research for public health programs, and the appropriateness of qualitative and quantitative approaches for different research questions.
  • Experience in working with partners and stakeholders at district and VDC level.
  • Willing to travel to rural settings frequently
