While JEC interiors has its dedicated team of architect and designers based in Kathmandu, we also bring super specialized designers from Delhi especially for large projects and for clients with very specific choice and demand. Our team is composed of diverse disciplines of Architecture, Interior Design, Exhibition Design, CAD specialists, and Graphic Design. We tastefully decorate homes, offices, restaurants, and other facilities that evoke subtle luxury bringing together a sensual meld of warmth and style. With our team of qualified designers, we begin with the interior architecture and millwork and our design further expands to include the interior environment in its totality. This includes lighting, the selection of furnishings and the coordination of fabrics and finishes.

General Responsibilities: The primary focus of this position is to develop and implement an integrated range of marketing concepts and methodologies of interior design for residents, corporate offices, restaurants, hotels and other enclosed spaces.
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years' professional experience in relevant field.
- Develop, and implement an integrated range of marketing concepts and methodologies of interior design for residents, corporate offices, restaurants, hotels and other enclosed spaces.
- Plan and develop marketing and sales strategies consistent with the overall goals and objectives of the business.
- Perform direct customer sales in key areas; promote and maintain customer relations with major accounts nation-wide.
- Provide market research and analysis; prepare research-based reports and sales forecasts for senior management.
- Develop and manage annual sales and operating budgets, and regularly monitor performance to budget parameters.
- Assume responsibility for all publicity, advertising, direct mail, catalogs, exhibits, awards, author communications, title sub-right activities, and website management for the enterprise.
- Represents the enterprise at conferences, meetings, exhibits, and other special events; promotes new and existing programs and initiatives.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community and wide range of requirements.
- Strong direct sales skills.

- Knowledge of market research and sales forecasting principles and methodologies.
- Ability to foster a cooperative environment and to work in a collegial fashion with peers in other organizational units.
- Ability to develop and manage sales and operating budgets.
Academic Qualification: BBS or Bachelor in any discipline with hands on experience in relevant field.
