JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Acquire sound understanding of customer , their needs, demands and channeling these towards revenue generation opportunities
• Develop and maintain professional relations with the clients.
• Assist supervisor in developing and executing individual book promotion plan
• Help in promoting Kathalaya and its products in the different outlets.
• Frequent visit to inside valley schools for identify new sales areas.
• Prepare and present weekly report, submit to supervisor.
• Frequent visit schools to Library Promotion Program.
• Meeting and orientation with teachers for Library Promotion Program. 
• Frequent visits and phone follow to already visit schools.
• Define and communicate weekly plan, targets, performance parameters, costs and revenues across the portfolio against agreed budget.
• Conduct regular market research to update strategies.
• Lead and mobilize market towards identified sales areas.
• Channel communications between Kathmandu and other cities.
• Develop and maintain professional relations with the client’s database.
• Formulate and implement Marketing and Branding plan.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

• A minimum of 1 years of experience in related field.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office, Email/ Internet
• Negotiation & communication skills, Capability to build sound relationship with client
• Analytical skills e.g. forecasting, time-sheets, procurement, customer satisfaction

PREFERRED EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Bachelor Degree

PREFERRED AGE RANGE: No Age bar
