Detailed Job Description / Requirements:
- Completed Master's Degree in Human Resource.
- 2-3 years of experience as a HR Manager.
- Recruiting staffs as per the company's requirements.
- Working with the management team and finance manager to develop and implement HR/ companyy policies, payscale, reimbursements
- Prepare, develop and implement performance management as well as performance evaluation policies and procedures.
- Preparing employees for assignements by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
- Hiring and working with external HR consultants, if needed.
- Administering payroll and maintaining employee records.
