Jr. Account Officer

Job Description:

• Assist with preparation of the budget.
• Implement financial policies and procedures.
• Establish and maintain cash controls.
• Establish, maintain and reconcile the general ledger.
• Monitor cash reserves and investments.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
• Establish and maintain supplier accounts.
• Processes supplier invoices.
• Maintain tax related matters, calculate and submit VAT AND TDS.
• Issue cheques for all accounts.
• Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system.
• Prepare income statements.
• Handel the issues related to IATA or any other ticketing systems.

Education Skills:

• Bachelor Degree
• Good knowledge in Tally and other accounting system.
• Knowledge of TAX, VAT and Dollar accounting.
• Microsoft Application Skills ( Words, Excel , PPT , Internet )
• Highly Skilled in Accounting and finance.
• Effective Team working Skills
• Knowledge of Travel related products
• Knowledge of IATA or BSP Links, and other airlines system.
• Should have at least 2 Years’ experience in Airlines or IATA accredited travel agents in Nepal.
