Responsibilities And Duties:
- Maintaining good employees’ relation
- Assisting in Collective bargaining and employees’ relation issues and grievances
- Assisting in developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management
- Conducting one to one meeting with employees on monthly basis
- Promoting equality as part of the culture of the organization
- Advising on pay and other remuneration issues
- Preparing leave report
- Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management
- Maintaining and updating the database of the candidates.
- Arranging training for staff
- Providing advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations
- Making sure that any promotions, transfers take effect as planned
- Carrying out the task as required my immediate supervisor
Essential Skills, Abilities and Knowledge:
- Good knowledge and experience in employee’s relation issues
- Up-to-date knowledge of Labour Law
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS-Office Package
- Should be responsible person
- Presentation effectively under strict deadlines
