Hotel & Reservations Manager

Purna Yoga is offering a Pokhara based position of a Hotel & Reservations Manager at Purna Yoga Retreat.

Job responsibilities include:

• Customer Service - Face to Face Contact with Guests - Requests, Travel Arrangements, Welcome and Farewell
• Reservations - Email Correspondece and Phone Answering
• Room Management - Room Allocation and Quality Managment
• Management of All Operations - Supervising Kitchen Staff, Housekeeping Staff, Supervising Program Schedule, Supervising Overall Functioning of the Daily Operations, Logistics of Supplies and Other Daily Essentials

Successful Candidate Has:

• Education or Experience in Tourism Industry
• Very Good Spoken and Written English
• Motivation and Strong Teamwork
