Guest Relation Officer

KASARA JUNGLE RESORT is a luxury resort in Patihani, Chitwan, and an extensive project under Yeti Group of Companies. The resort is currently hiring and invites applications for the following key position, based in Chitwan.

Job Title: Guest Relations Officer (GRO)

No. of vacancies: 1 (Female preferred)

Job Location: Chitwan

General Objectives:

A challenging frontline position at the resort to ensure that all our valued guests have a memorable stay with us; this requires working closely with the guests and anticipating their requirements and fulfilling them. Also requires close coordination with various departments including front office, wildlife, housekeeping, restaurant, and Kathmandu Head Office, etc. Over seeingquality control, maintaining highest hygiene standards, preparing guest list, room allocation and correspondence with Sales and Reservations is also part of this undertaking. 

Required Qualifications and Skills for the above Positions: 

• Bachelors in Tourism/Hotel Management
• At least three years’ experience in related field  
• Dependable, the ability to prioritize work and complete tasks quickly and efficiently
• The ability to work in a challenging environment and be able to think on your feet
• Good command in written and spoken English and Nepali (Additional foreign language skills an advantage )
• Must have computer skills
