General Responsibilities: The primary focus of this position is to technically oversee all aspects of a team of 20+ highly competent developers and QA engineers. Beside this, you will have to also Research and Develop applications in core platforms adopted by the company with special focus on ECM is also his/her focused task. This involves business logic, research, analytical, operational and developer support of the product solution. The Engineering Manager is expected to have strong analytical and problem solving skills accompanied with good solution architect capability.

Job Profile: 

• Lead the R&D team, which includes tasks distribution, communication, orientation, reporting etc.
• Make technical decisions pertaining projects under execution, in coordination with the VP-R&D, when situation dictates.
• Support & provide input to the management in all aspects of technical decisions making of existing/new projects.
• Actively work with the management in HR processes including hiring, training, promotion, termination, development etc
• Performance evaluation/appraisal of team members as per the company policy.Communicate and make decisions (in coordination with the VP-R&D when required) on technical aspects of projects under execution.
• Any other tasks concerned with building and sustaining strong, committed team.

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum 5 yrs of experience in related filed with at least 2 years in C# as Team Leader/Project Manager.
• Create conducive environment among the team members for better work culture.
• Demonstrated research technical aptitude and team management skills.
• Strong skills in planning trainings for new comer/junior team members.

Min. Academic Qualification: Masters/Bachelor level in Computer Science/Electronics 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: 

• Good Solution Architect
• .NET Framework with strong C#, C++
• TCP/IP, Web Service, WCF and Security
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Enterprise Library, FxCop, NUnit and TestCompelete would be an added advantage
• Leadership quality
• Strong commitment to the company

KEY SKILLS: C#, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
