SUMMARY:
DevOps Engineer with 1 to 3 years similar experience. As a DevOps Engineer, you will work as a member of the dynamic team to assist in managing an infrastructure that processes thousands of requests per day from all over the world. Pagevamp has many internal, consumer facing and partner facing applications that make this a very challenging but exciting opportunity. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build and maintain the development, staging environments using cloud/internal services.

Work with Development on Continuous Integration & Application Deployment
-
Development of PoC and/or MVP services
-
Development of configuration automation document/code
-
Writing and maintaining systems documentation
REQUIRED SKILLS:
-
Knowledge of server administration eg. debugging and resolving system/application in Ubuntu
-
Experience in scripts for automating routine tasks eg. BASH
-
Familiar with database systems like MySQL, MongoDB, Redis...
-
Ability to understand and configure web servers eg. Nginx
-
Familiar with logging and monitoring
DESIRED SKILLS:
-
Familiar with Cloud Computing in general
-
Experience with AWS, Rackspace, etc.
-
Working knowledge of Git and Jenkins
-
Manage configuration using Ansible, Terraform or similar
-
Provide timely response to system alerts and participate in the on-call schedule
