KASARA JUNGLE RESORT is a luxury resort in Patihani, Chitwan, and an extensive project under Yeti Group of Companies.  The resort is currently hiring and invites applications for the following key position, based in Chitwan.

Job Title: Cook

Job Location: Chitwan

General Objectives:

An opportunity to showcase ones Indian culinary skills and produce spicy gastronomical delights for our guests. North Indian dishes preferred but southern repertoire will be an added advantage. Must know and able to explain recipes and ingredients that make up the food therefore, a good command of English is desired. Must be computer literate and a team player. Ability to set menus and work out costing for individuals and groups is important. 

Required Qualifications and Skills for the above Positions: 

• Bachelors in any discipline  
• At least two to three years’ experience in related field  
• Dependable, the ability to prioritize work and complete tasks quickly and efficiently
• The ability to work in a challenging environment
• Good command in written and spoken English and Nepali (other languages, added bonus)
• Must have computer skills
