Job Position: Client Relation Officer (Female-01)
Job Description:
- Correspond with overseas clients.
- Manage and maintain a good relationship between the company and its most important clients.
- Monitor and analyze competitive activities to assess any threat to important clients.
- Set revenue targets and identify the resources needed to meet them.
Required Qualification:
- Bachelors degree holder.
- At least one year experience in related field.
- Must have good command in written as well at spoken- English and Nepali languages.
- Smart, focused, initiative and updated
- Knowledge of IT skill, MS office package, professionals emails, social media etc.
- knowledge of administrative procedures.
Salary: Rs. 12,000 to 15,000 per month plus allowances (freshers), Rs. 15,000 to 18,000 per month plus allowances (experienced)
Working hour: 9:30 am to 5:00 pm
