Requirements:
- Must have good communication skill and presentation skill
- Must have smart personality and exceptional rapo building capacity
- Must have proven convincing capcaity
- Must be enthusiastic and team player
- Must be ready to go in field(out of valley)
- Must take challenging target
- Must have prior experience of 4-5 year in business development for service sales
- Preferred to have experience in sales and marketing of software services and products
- Prior Experience in Business Development/sales and marketing of Hotel Business could be added advantage
What you must do:
- Sales, Marketing and Business development strategy
- Setting sales target for montly, quarterly and yearly basis of sales team
- Execution and monitoring of sales stragety
- Must lead sales team and reporting to higher managements
