Store Sales Executive

We are looking for some smart, good looking and qualified candidates to fill the vacant positions in one of the newly launched International fashion stores in Civil Mall, Kathmandu. It is established in 2015 with a vision of operating various international franchise stores in Kathmandu.  The brands in the portfolio would be Men & Women’s fashion brands.  The company is launching its first store at Civil Mall, which will be a Men’s apparel brand in the month of September. 

Job Position: Store Sales Executive- 4

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent - Running or completed  
• Sales Experience- Optional
• Language skills- Fluent in English & Nepali
• Computer Skills- Familiar with Microsoft Word & Excel
• Good Communication skills  
• Time commitment- Minimum of 2 years
• Probation Period- 3 month
• Probation Period Salary- Rs. 9,000
• Salary- Up to Rs. 11,000
• Incentives- Commission % will be decided after 6 months of employment
• Standard Increment- 8% Annually
• Shifts- 8 hours per day
• Store operational hours- 10:30am – 8pm
• Weekly Roster Leave- Once
• Paid leave- 18 days annually
• *Note: No leave on weekends and public holidays. Emergency cases will be entertained.
