RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate with teams and resolve all complex application issues.
• This project has had many different developers involved, we need someone who can clean out the crap and utilise Laravel as it was designed. 
• Expert knowledge of PHP/Laravel
• Expert knowledge of API integrations, as our site uses several different APIs. APIs include
• Perform root cause Analysis and debug application issues.
• Develop, Test and Apply necessary code fixes and enhancements.
• Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
• Use web development software to integrate databases and other information systems.
• Develops software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle
• Basic understanding of source control essential (experience with Git or SVN a bonus)
• Experience developing applications in SQL database. 
• Developing new clients in B2B, B2C segment

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:

• Being able to handle stress and self-motivated and flexible with good Communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working with relational database systems such as MySQL, MSSQL or Oracle and a good working knowledge of SQL
• Maintaining data standards, including adherence to the Data Protection.
• Previous experience configuring and using any or all of the following highly desirable: HTML[5], PHP, AJAX, SOAP, Ant, Subversion, Git, TCP/IP networking, Push, LAMP stacks 
• Web services APIs through web services
• Experience developing data-driven applications utilizing significant relational database engines as part of the overall application architecture (experience with any or all of the following highly desirable: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server)
• Eager to learn new technology and perform R&D
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Expertise in designing itineraries & costing He / She must be from travel & tourism background and Good knowledge of Travel / Hotels / Restaurants / Airlines / Railways

ACADEMIC AND TECHNICAL SKILL:

• 3 years of relevant IT experience
• 3+ years experience testing API's, and SDK's;
• At least a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience with technologies listed in previous sections
• Should have extensive knowledge in Core PHP, JQuery, HTML5, MySQL, AJAX
• Should have strong knowledge in travel technology domain
• Must have knowledge of MVC frameworks like CakePHP/Laravel etc. 
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript
• Strong analysis, design, coding and troubleshooting skills
• Experienced in PHP / HTML / XHTML / JavaScript / XML /MySQL 
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and DOM manipulations 
• Extensive experience in GDS & Hotel APIs integration
• Should be able to do B2C / B2B and Admin module setup
• Knowledge of Database design and SQL
• Online travel portal knowledge with fares calculation Ability.
• Other suitable academic qualifications are a Degree in Management and a Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration, IT or a related field. 

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

• Have excellent knowledge of English
