Front Desk Sales Representatives

Front desk sales representatives needed  ASAP!!!

Duties & Responsibilities

•       Responsible for front end maintenance (i.e. cleaning, merchandising, completing cashier checklist, supply replenishment)

•       Have an interest and passion for wine, convey wine characteristics to the customer

•       Have a solid retail sales background, with an emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service

•       Be an outstanding communicator, with a good floor presence

•       Excellent listening and comprehension skills required.

•       Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of own firm's production and delivery schedules.

•       Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries.

•       Ensures the development of existing accounts. 


•       Introduces new products and new promotions and provides service to assigned customers.

•       Maintain existing brands to shelf or placements standards

•       Follow regular call pattern and maintain assigned call frequency on all accounts 


•       Handles all customer problems in a timely and efficient manner within Company guidelines.

•       Responsible for opening and closing the store

•       Engaging with customers through smiles and greetings, offering product information, providing selling suggestions and always giving a genuine thank you.

Requirements

Remarkable experience in wine sales
 

Profound knowledge of wine and spirits

Must have the ability to multitask

Excellent written and oral communication skills required.

Positive interpersonal skills required.


Must be fluent in verbal and written English.

Excellent computer and typing skills are required. Excel and Word proficiency desired.
