Position: Retail Sales and Marketing Assistant

POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Sales & Marketing Assistant will provide support to the sales and marketing activities of the company and perform a broad range of promotional and operational duties with main focus on sales promotion, marketing and communications.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Field oriented sales activities by visiting potential customers
• Handle incoming calls and walk-in customers
• Plan and execute promotional activities and schemes to increase retail sales
• Follow-up with potential customers
• Reporting through CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
• Other support and administrative activities as needed for marketing and sales of the product

REQUIREMENTS:

• 10+2 or intermediate level in any discipline with at least 1 year of work experience in related field. Fresher are also encouraged to apply.
• Organized, detail-oriented, conscientious, resourceful and always looking for the next thing to do
• Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and software
• Love providing great customer service and possess a professional demeanor
• Ability to work under pressure
• Written/Oral communication skills with proficiency level in English
• Willing to work in odd hours
• Team player and co-operative
• Polite and pleasing personality
• Proficiency in MS Office and advanced internet skills
• Experience in related field will be an added advantage
