QA Manager

ZurelSoft is seeking a highly experienced, proactive, self-motivated and dedicated Quality Assurance Manager who will be responsible for:

• Creating and executing detailed test plans and test cases to support new product development and enhancements; ensure successful test cycles by tracking and resolving simple to intermediate defects and issues with application developers.
• Reviewing requirements with developers and other QA engineers for consistency and accuracy.
• Virtual machine management.
• Administer and maintain source code repository.
• Design, implement, document and distribute release reports.

Required Skills:  Minimum 4 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role including process definition, release management and monitoring, QA testing on web-based applications and defect tracking/reporting including below-mentioned skills;

• Manual and Automated functional/regression test design and execution. 
• Writing black-box, GUI test cases, and SQL queries.
• Knowledge and expertise on performance testing tools ( e.g. JMeter), SQL Injecting testing tools ( SQLmap) and Penetration testing.
• Working experience with JIRA or equivalent.
• Experience in context-based, exploratory and scenario testing.
• Experience with scripting/ programming languages and test tools.
• Desired Skills:  With excellent communication skills, familiarity with Familiar with Automated Testing/ Agile Development Process.
• Proven analytical/technical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills
• Leadership experience in coaching, mentoring and knowledge transfer

Academic Qualification:  Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any relevant stream.
