The Project for Strengthening the Capacity for Expedite and Reliable Dispute Settlement (The SCC Project) is a technical cooperation project based on an agreement between Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and the Government of Nepal, aiming at establishing foundation for improving court’s functions for promoting expeditious and reliable dispute settlement with duration of four years by the end of September 2017.The SCC Project is currently seeking Nepal nationals for the following position:
Position Title: Project Administrative Officer
RESPONSIBILITY
To assist the project coordinator on:
- Logistic staff management
- Procurement management
- Translation and interpretation mainly on legal and juridical field from English to Nepali and vice versa
- Making minutes of meeting mainly on legal and juridical field in English
- Other Logistics Matters
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelors degree in law (LLB)
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Nepali
- Good Use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Emailing and web-browsing
- Good ability in organising, filing documents, logistics
- Good communication skills
- Familiarity in work environment at International Organisations/Institutions is completive
- 1 years of experience as secretary or office assistance is completive
CONDITIONS:
Contract Period: From February/March 2017 to September 2017
Duty Station: Anamnagar Kathmandu
