Medical Biller / Customer Service

Experience: Fresh Graduates may apply. Prior experience in dealing with English speaking customer base a plus.

Salary: Rewarding Basic Salary (Negotiable) + Daily travel expenses

Education: Bachelor’s in any faculty with good command in English

Training: On-the-job training 

Requirements

• Excellent communications Skills. 
• English fluency a must. Must be able to communicate with English speaking customer base.
• Must be willing to learn new software system.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Attention to detail and highly motivated and professional.
• Looking for self-advancement and opportunities for career growth.
• Must be willing to work at night.
• Must be able to manage transportation to and from the office on their own.

Responsibilities

• Generate, and review Insurance Information, and invoice details for completeness and correctness for accuracy. 
• Involves communicating with clients and customer base.
• Review customer accounts for pending balances.
• Submit Claims summary sheet for approval. Communicate and coordinate with clearing house for any claims submission issues.
• Provide support on client and customer issues.    
• Perform other activities as directed.
