Legal Affairs Executive
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATION:
- Masters/Graduate degree in law from a recognized university
- Sound knowledge of statutory business/company legislation
- Familiarity with the Labor Legislation of Nepal
- Familiarity with work procedures of ministries, government organizations and associations.
- Ability to liaise with government officials, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of computers
- Excellent oral and written skills in both Nepali and English
- Ability to manage competing time demands and juggle multiple priorities
