Human Resource Manager

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Review human resource policies and procedures
• Coordination with respective department regarding preparation of job responsibility and job description for all positions.
• Periodical review of organization chart in consideration with job responsibilities.
• Coordinate with respective department to prepare procedure for recruiting, testing, interviewing and selection of employees.
• Coordination in conducting orientation and training programs for employee.
• Maintain detail human resource database.
• To establish a system for appraisal of employee performance and to coordinate with other departments in job planning, implementation, monitoring and feedback to management.
• Recommend management for the promotion and increment in salary on the basis of performance appraisal in coordination with finance department.
• Prepare and recommend salary composition considering with competitive market.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements regarding HR.
• Establish system for periodical review regarding effectiveness of HR system
• Establish system for periodical review regarding efficiency and effectiveness of HR expenses incurred against income generated in coordination with finance department.
• Establish periodical reporting system to management regarding HR management.
• Establish system of follow up regarding HR policy implementation.
• Perform other HR task as required.

Qualification and Work Experience

• Must have a minimum Master Degree (preferably MBA) in an associated area.
• At least 5 years professional work experiences in HR management.
• Should have Basic knowledge of Computer and working knowledge of HR Software.
• Should have strong ability to organize and prioritize workloads, meet deadline & targets and be able to work as a team leader.
• Should have Strong verbal and written communication skills in Nepali & English.

SALARY & BENEFIT: Negotiable
