International Medical Corps is working in support of the Government of Nepal’s response efforts. We were among the first INGOs on the ground and operational following the earthquake, providing medical treatment and essential supplies. Our technical staff on the ground now includes physicians, nurses, surgeons, as well as specialists in water, sanitation and hygiene, mental health and psycho-social support and nutrition.

Summary Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • Perform staff recruitment & Selection process, full cycle recruitment

  • Provide job description

  • Dealing with grievances and solving them.

  • Prepare and maintain the leave benefits and verify annual leave records

  • Prepare related documents for separation of staff and conduct exit process

  • Conduct employee performance evaluation process

  • Coordinate Job posting, resume scanning, interviews, filing the documents, and handling employee issues

  • Maintain knowledge and skills on an ongoing basis and keep abreast of relevant legislations, best practices and trends in the market which impact employment

  • Perform other duties as assigned. The duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive.

     

Education& Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree,
  • Minimum of 2 years HR experience
  • Excellent administrative, secretarial, leadership and influencing skills,
  • Ability to multi-task and organize projects,
  • PC skills with Microsoft Office and Internet,
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information,
  • Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills in a high-pressure environment.
  • Must have good administrative and organizing skills
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication
